The Big League Clique of this Generation is Up to Something

 

Not easy being Gemini, because every time I go to talk about the simple stuff, I have to talk about the complex stuff. If am talking about the stars in the sky, I'll have to talk about the stars down on earth. As above so below and all that other stuff.

But if we are going to talk about Astrology, we might as well talk about the stars and how they are shining. When I say stars I mean that literally and as a metaphor.

The Zodiac is an awfully accurate record of what takes place in the Universe, at the highest level and the lowest level. Am oversimplifying this stuff but, the position and movement of the stars and planets and comets in the cosmos has an effect on how things play out for the corresponding Zodiac signs. 

If anywhere in this sentences I say that the stars have aligned, I'll be meaning that literally at a micro level and at a cosmic level. The stars being in alignment for me represents more than just Astrology though. I have doubtless evidence that the Zodiac has been conspiring with Geminis to kickstart a series of events. No shit. 

Show me one person who isn't excited at the idea of being in tune with the Universe. I bet you can't. Not at this time. The culture of manifesting things and speaking things into existence is well widespread. Cats really be knowing that Thoughts become Things. And as Professional Thought Producer, I can stamp that.

I have observed my actions and intentions and arrived at the conclusion that this generation of Geminis is perhaps among the most impactful Geminis to ever walk the planet. 

The connections, collaborations and communication that happens among Geminis and between Geminis and other Zodiac signs deserve to be acknowledged.

Gemini cats have this way of thinking that they are on a mission in life. Ask Jinx about it. He is a Gemini born June 5th,and he has a song called Man on A Mission. The message resonates with me and if you ask any other Gemini, they will tell you the same. 

Jinx just so happens to be one of those people who stand on their business. What I know about Jinx is that he's been working himself off since the time when he was rocking the mic as a professional MC. His debut album was called Numbers and Lights. Still to come out. But Jinx has been driving his narrative for nearly 15 years at least. Full throttle. He went from being a recording artist, got into radio, and now he's a music executive actively overseeing the professional careers of countless artists at Boomplay. Outside of Boomplay, he is the Rick Rubin slash Jimmy Iovine driving Quarry Boyz Entertainment, the label. I know a Gemini when I see one.

Outside looking in, you can say Jinx has simultaneously stuck to his missionary work, and with his own intention of elevating the position of Artists in society. 

He said it in 2019  back when he was still working the Jump Off. Today when  I look at Jinx I see someone who the world can count on to stand by his mission. You need to listen to his 2018 single ‘Man on a Mission’. 

I discovered Jinx while I was in high school, 2011-2014. Listening to Jinx and Corine on the Jump off was literally my introduction to Contemporary Culture. That's how I learnt that urban culture is all about keeping record of cultural events and documenting the stories of contemporary artists and providing reliable platforms to promote self expression at the highest level possible. In retrospect, that's when it started clicking to me that Hiphop is equal to Oral Literature.

By the time Jinx discovered my catalogue in 2018, I had been a fan of his for 5 years. The Gemini in us is too compelling. I say that with my chest because Jinx was among the earliest people in the industry to discover and  recognize The Address. He would get his 411 scoop straight from The Address and talk about it on Air, on The Jump Off. 

The Fact that Jinx and I met and connected  proves to me that Geminis have a tendency to clock each other and notice the chemistry that eventually leads to collaborations and fruitful relationships. In 2018 when I was in Campus thinking about dropping out of college, I called Jinx to secure an internship with him at Homeboyz Radio. He pulled it off, and that put me in a good position to gain the experience  I needed to and learn the ropes. It worked. I mean, look at me now.

I'm a proud protégé of Jinx. We both Geminis. I see what he does and I like where he is focused on going. When I say the Gemini stars are in alignment I mean that literally because; Jinx and I have always shared a similar perspective towards Contemporary culture and music to be more specific. It just so happens that Jinx has figured out where all the puzzle pieces belong.

The relationship I have with my fellow Gemini Gods is proof that Astrology is real and that the Zodiac is the Truth.

I couldn't have been able to run the Address in the early days without the participation of Gakuo Martin. We have been homeboys since the 2010s. The connection between us was turned up several notches when we realized that we both came from the wombs of our mothers on the same day! June 10 is the day we arrived on Earth. That means a lot. We are practically twins, although am behind him in years.

Gakuo Martin is the reason The Address was successful in 2019. That was a special time cause I had just finished college by dropping out and I went to stay in Rongai at his place. That year we did a lot of great Gemini shit together. He always reciprocated the energy when we were doing stuff for The Address. That's my brother. He shot my first ever Contentainment video and helped me become a video producer. Its coming out in June 22,2022. The video is called Discovering BNSN. 

When I chose to get into the Contentainment Universe and create Contentainment Capsules as an Artist and Author, Gakuo Martin was the first person I talked to about it. Coincidentally, he had also been thinking about getting some work done with me. We've been aligned for a long time. That's how I feel about my relationship with Gakuo Martin. That is just another example of how the Geminis of this generation are coming together to make shit happen in this lifetime. I don't take it lightly. 

I am very keen to get Martin to direct some more Contentainment videos. I want to see how far we can take it.

Alfa Mars will tell you. I texted him and said 'Gemini Season Son, YKWTFGO'. He knows what's up. Our relationship is  essentially at the level of Master to Master, on a God level scale. When Alfayo and I communicate, it is through  telepathy. We don't have to spend so much time talking with words. I see what he means before he says it. He finishes my thoughts. The level of communication between Geminis is at an all time high. That’s what I think.

The funny thing is, I discovered Alfayo through Gakuo Martin. They went to the same school in Multimedia University. That's how I started fucking with Mars. His musical career was just taking off when I got familiar with the guy.

Mars and I we have been talking about pushing the envelope for our Era. We get on 70 minute phone calls talking about innovation and all that other stuff. We came together and made a branding platform called PINK BEACH. He came up with the name, and I did the branding. Gemini style. We compliment each other's perspectives in multiple ways. If you ask Mars what a Contentainment Capsule is, he will break it down for you. Cause he understands what am about. I like the relationship we have. There is a lot that can be said about it. Thats my patna.

Look at one of my tweets that says 'the Gemini stars have aligned' or something to that effect. I'm just convinced that me and my gang of Gemini Gods, we are driven towards doing big shit that reflects and is felt across the Universe. 

 After I discovered that Zirra is a Gemini, it made sense how we ended up on a similar path to the future.

My guy Z, that's what I like to call him. He is one of the people that founded the genre of Shrap Music. I was looking at his videos in 2017-2019. He's been standing on his business since I laid my eyes on him. When he wanted to get some branding work done for his music, he gave me the job. He was client of mine before we got to know each other better.

Lately me and Zirra we have had conversations about what we can do together in the spirit of Geminis. I already made a project proposal and we both like it. It's for a Contentainment Capsule Starring myself and Zirra. We are just standing by for the moment when we get down to business I know it's going to be fulfilling when we get it done. 

I’m just another Gemini ♊  with the power of the Sun in his hands. I like that I can say am African and Gemini and a God in the same sentence. Its too obvious, we cant continue to ignore the fact that we are all powerful beings. The Geminis I just talked about will prove that. The Zodiac is powerful. It shows what is happening within us, around us and above us. 

Living in the same era with people like Jinx, Zirra, Gakuo Martin and Alfayo is cosmic to me. That’s how I really feel about it. I like to think that this is the most era defining squad of Geminis to ever walk the planet since the last one.
